Each item is physically checked for manufacturer defects before shipping or delivering them to the customer which guarantees you have received it in the best condition. For our orders we offer two shipping options.  Our preferred shipping is via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail; we want to ensure that your items will be covered by insurance in case of loss or accidental damage. The second option is via USPS First Class which includes tracking same as the priority shipping, however with this option you are choosing to take full responsibility for accidental damage or loss. Please note that the handling of all packages are properly prepared and marked fragile to ensure the post office would take the highest care in handling all of our deliveries. Rest assured that in 9 years we have not had an issue because we inspect each accessory for defects and/or blemishes before mailing out. Please note: as a small black business we do not have the luxury of accepting returns for cash/credit refunds. However, if for some reason an item is found damaged by manufacturers defect, it can be returned at our expense and exchanged for the same. If unavailable customer can choose a similar item or receive a store credit. Please feel free to contact us for any issues or concerns regarding shipping or otherwise.

Cancellations- jewelry party deposit is non-refundable if the party is not cancelled (5) advanced days prior to the event. The deposit secures your date, travel to location and supplies needed for event activities.
